I was a major contributor and maintainer of the Wikipedia Mobile Network Code page. I did this because I needed this list whilst working at 3 and Agilent. So I scoured the internet for data sources, compiled the list and made it public. Many others have since contributed.

I'm a great fan of freedom of information!
